WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IDENTICAL. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MATCHES WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IN CASE THAT YOU ENTER THE WRONG BILLING ADDRESS THEN YOUR CARD WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU RECEIVE A PENDING TRANSACTION MESSAGE ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED THEN IT WILL FALL OFF And WILL ONLY DISPLAY YOU THE STATUS OF ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

  

  1. How long does the processing, shipping, and handling process will take?

 

Your order will take two to three business days in processing and shipping. Processing dates are between Monday to Friday. If you will place an order on Friday then your order will be processed on the coming business day. Our Express Shipping Service can deliver the orders within 2 to 3 Business Days.

Depending on your living location Domestic Express Shipping can take 2-3 Business days to deliver your product. ($30.00)

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping can take 5-7 Business days depending on the location in which you are living. ($10.00)

All International Shipping’s can take 7-10 Working days it also depends on your location. ($20.00)

All Packages are delivered with the US Postal Service. Our Business days are Monday to Friday.

  1. When will the packages tracking number update?

Your tracking number will update automatically after receiving a tracking email. After 24 hours shipping activity will be available. You can Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. You will be notified about your Tracking Number via email from PAYPAL. Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email in the inbox. If you do not receive your tracking id number even after 3 days from placing your orders then please contact our customer service at 870-630-8121.

 

  1. Are changes allowed in my order?

 

All orders are processed on a daily basis to ensure quick delivery, so you cannot make changes in your order once it is placed.

 

 

  1. Can I return my order?

Yes, we do offer a return policy but it is kept for unopened (label and rubberband still intact) hair extensions only. You can ask for a return of the product only if your request is placed within SEVEN (7) DAYS of your purchase. We are glad to inform you that we face very little return rate. However, we do understand that there are cases in which you, unfortunately, have to return or exchange your product so we can allow returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, or tampered.

 

We shall not be held responsible for any stylist who is trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair on your request. We know that everyone can not be a stylist or hair specialist that's why we take care of the hassle for you by providing colored bundles.

 

In order to return your product, you need to inform us at 870-630-8121. You need to contact us during Business Hours and your time duration should be within 7 days of your product purchase. All DeShay’s Beauty Collection Hair Extensions must be shipped back in the same unopened and untampered condition in which they were shipped or else return will be canceled. Human hair extensions are hygienic products. Therefore, it is important that the DeShay’s Beauty Collection hair seal is not broken or return will be canceled.

 

 

  1. When shall my paid amount be refunded?

 

After confirming that the product is still intact and the seal is also not broken and the return request is placed within the 7 days of product purchase then we can refund the full payment of the buyer after excluding the delivery charges.  Refunds are generally returned back to your original bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

 

  1. Can I exchange my product?

 

Yes, the exchange is possible within the SEVEN (7) DAYS. The DeShay’s Beauty Collection hair Seal MUST be intact. If we find that the hair is messed up, uncombed, or not in their original form as it was delivered or if the hair is altered then we will return the product back to you.

 

All Sales are final on colored bundles, frontals, closures, or wigs.

You are requested to leave a note inside your package on which you shall mention the reason for return and the order number as well!

 

DeShay’s Beauty Collection will not be responsible for any kind of loss during the return shipment and the customer will bear the shipping costs too. You should provide us with the tracking number while shipping the product back to us. It is recommended that please DO NOT use UPS to send your return package as their charges are very high which we will not be accountable for.
